We continue to be guided in all things Chinese by the legendary Mr. Chin. Supposedly he’s here with his daughter, Sharon, and son-in-law, Lawrence, as they adopt their daughter Jessica, but we suspect he’s an elusive man of international mystery and espionage. We heard he once snapped off a man’s head, put it on a skewer, and sold it on the streets of Beijing.
